Press "Ctrl+T" to open a new tab. Press the Tab key to move to the URL address box. Enter the address, pressing the Enter key to visit the web site. Tabbed browsing consolidates Internet research. It creates a "web page book." Users can organize their browser windows and reduce desktop clutter.

Select "Ctrl+W" to close your tabs. Firefox keeps a record of your recently used tabs. This feature allows users to quickly return to websites. "Ctrl+Shift+T" opens your most recently closed tab first. "Ctrl+H" opens the History menu. Arrow down to "recently closed tabs" to access all of your recent tabs. Users use "Ctrl+Shift+W" to close the browser window.

Step 3
Enter "Ctrl+Shift+D" to bookmark all tabs in your browser window. They are added to a new bookmark folder. Users can use the keyboard to open bookmarks into tabs. Press "Alt+B" to to open the Bookmarks window. Arrow down to the Web page and select it. It loads in the current tab.
