Meeting guys as the new girl in school can be nerve-wracking and downright scary. But if you employ the right tactics to get noticed in a way that will have guys asking "Who's the new girl?" it won't be long before they start appearing out of the woodwork. Read on to learn how to get a guy at a new school.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Become involved, but don't limit yourself to guy-related things such as football and weightlifting. Lots of guys are friends with girls, so making lots of girl friends on the volleyball team, student council or volunteer committees is an easy way for you to make friends. Sit with your new friends at lunch and have them introduce you to the guys at the table. Walk with them to class and once you're comfortable strike up casual chit chat with the guys.
Step2
Be seen. Sign up to be a student aide in the office. When the secretary needs a message passed along to a teacher or a student needs to come down to the office, you are the one who stops class, walks into a class full of kids hoping they are about to get called out of class and then rescues them from boredom. Face it; you're a hero--with yummy smelling perfume and pretty hair.
Step3
Ask a guy for help with something. Maybe you can't find your classroom or the guidance Office. Or maybe you're short a quarter for the vending machine. Ask for help and let him be your hero. Smile cutely and thank him for helping you out. Then tell him you owe him one.
Step4
Use school events like homecoming as a way to let your friends hook you up with a guy. Girls always find dates for their friends, so let it be known that you need a date and see what magic they can work. Even if the guy doesn't end up being your soul mate, you could make a friend and he may have single friends for you to scope out.
Step5
Hang out in groups. On Friday nights go out with a group of guy and girl friends. It takes the pressure off of a one-on-one date and lets you meet lots of new people.
Step6
Be yourself. You may be tempted to re-invent yourself at your new school, but it's much easier to be yourself. Guys like girls who are genuine, not phony. And girls like guys who are into them for who they really are. So in the end, it's a win-win situation.
