Locate the patient's account that was initially set up with the patient's demographic and insurance information. This is vital because it will identify who the patient is, the insurance subscriber and any contract specifics or special requirements affiliated with the insurance payor.

Locate and select the Superbill option. This will allow you to begin to initiate generating a bill for this patient.

Locate and select the Diagnosis Tab. This will direct you to the area to start data entry of the coding information.

Locate and select the ICD9 Code that you need to complete your billing. If you have more than one code to enter, repeat the process as often as necessary.

Select the post Superbill option when you are finished and ready to submit your claims or you are ready to begin entering information into another patient's account.
