How to Make a Candy Wrapper Belt
-
1
Fold one candy wrapper in half.
-
2
Unwrap the candy wrapper and fold both sides in to meet the crease you just made in the middle.
-
3
Fold the wrapper in half (width wise). Fold the ends so they meet in the middle. You should now have a "V" shape formed wrapper.
-
4
Make a few of these "V" shaped wrappers by following the steps listed above.
-
5
Attach the two feet of the "V" through the holes in a different "V". Continue to do this and you will start to form a pattern that looks like the one shown in the picture on this article.
-
6
Make a strip long enough for your belt. (I suggested 150 candy wrappers, but it may take more or less depending on the length you desire).
-
7
Attach the jewelry clasp and 1 jump ring on one side of the belt. Attach the remaining 2 jump rings on the other end.
-
8
Place the belt around your waist and attach.

Tips & Warnings
Starburst candy wrappers make the most colorful belts, but any type of candy wrapper similar to this can be used.
You can use fewer candy wrappers and make a bracelet or necklace.
