This is the most sinfully delicious dessert on the planet! One taste of this mouth watering, palate craving dessert, will add credibility to the ending of any meal! Things You'll Need

  • 21 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 quart of chocolate or vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons of ground coffee granules (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons instant Sanka (coffee)
  • 1/2 pint of whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons of Kahlua
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar of Kraft fudge topping
  • crushed almonds (optional)
  • 9" pie pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer
  • Knife

Instructions

    • 1

      Crush the cookies until they are very fine and mix with melted butter.

      Press the cookie and butter mixture into a 9" pie pan, until it covers the entire bottom and sides of the pan. Place in freezer until mixture is frozen.

      With an electric mixer, whip the ice cream, coffee, 4 tablespoons of whipped cream, brandy and Kahlua. Pour mixture into frozen pie shell.

      Freeze pie until it's very hord. Spread the fudge over the pie with a wet knife. For a stronger coffee flavor, sprinkle optional coffee granules over the fudge topping. Top with crushed almonds if desired.

      Return the pie to the freezer until pie is completely frozen.

      Serve pie with whipped topping.
