How to Wear Glitter Eyeliner

   This outfit is perfect for glitter makeup. It is fun and put together but not flashy, so it will not "shout down" your eye-sparkle.

   Select an outfit that is sexy but not shiny. A flattering black top is a great way to draw attention to your face. It can reveal your shoulders and collarbone area but should not bare a lot of cleavage. Because glitter eyeliner will make a flashy statement, the rest of your outfit should be relatively subtle.
