Instructions
  1. Step 1

Hire a professional motocross rider. A professional trainer will help you to get the practice you need to perform freestyle motocross stunts in shows and competitions. Not only will they help you build your performing abilities, but assist you in a way where harming yourself would become a minimal issue.

  2. Step 2

Start going to the gym. Most of the motocross freestyle stunts require a lot of upper body and lower body strength. You will probably have to start weight training, if you are not physically fit. Although most stunts are acrobatic, you will need the strength to lift your body while doing stunts on the motocross. Don't focus on gaining weight, since you probably still want to keep a light physique so you can perform your stunts with a lot of momentum and speed.

  3. Step 3

Practice, practice, practice. Practice does make perfect, especially when performing freestyle stunts in motorcross. Switch up your routine to see which combination of tricks feels more natural to you, although it is considered "freestyle." Regardless of the nature of the competition, it is better that you have some idea of how you want your performance to go (what tricks to include in the routine).
