How to Change Tanning Bed Bulbs

Are you not getting that golden, stunning tan when you lay in your tanning bed? Well it is probably time you changed your bulbs. This article will guide you step by step so you can change your bulbs.

• Number of bulbs your particular bed uses
• Cloths to wipe all dust off

Changing Bulbs

1. Clean your tanning bed and make sure you get all the dust off before you take it apart.

2. Remove the acrylic and place it in an area that it cannot get scratched or broken.

3. Take out the old bulbs and replace them with the new ones.

4. Check to make sure that your bulb starters are still working well, also. They need to be changed at least once a year if your tanning bed is used frequently. They only need to be changed if you turn your tan bed on and it takes a few seconds for your bulbs to come on.

5. Put your acrylic back into place and make sure it is secure.

6. Clean your bed again so that you get your fingerprints off from where you have been moving it around.

• When you change lamps make sure that you change them ALL out at once.
