Hiding A Large Nose on a Women

1. Begin by applying your foundation lightly over the entire face. Do not use the powder yet. Make sure to blend evenly so that you do not see a line of demarcation where the skin begins at the neck and the make up ends.

2. Look in the mirror and figure out if your nose is too wide or too long. Begin with the white eye shadow and your stiff brush for the wider nose. Swab the eyeshadow onto the brush and apply this in small, short strokes over the sides of your nose. Begin at the widest part of the upper parts of your nose, going straight down to the top of your nostril flares. Now your nose looks thinner, because the white coloring makes the width appear thinner in light of the unbalance of colors to your eye.

3. Apply the powder in your normal manner to the entire face sparingly. This will diffuse the white color by spreading it over the nose, and covers the shock of the white eye shadow. Notice that you can see a remarkable difference on the width of your nose simply by blending the powder into the eye shadow. 4. Pull some of the light brown or your tan eye shadow out of the container using your stiff bristled brush for a longer nose. Look in the mirror, and start at the top of your nose, between your eyes. Now brush down from your starting point to the tip of your nose. Only apply this make up on the part of your nose called a 'spine' or ridge. The darker colors makes the nose look shorter because the lighter skin tone surrounding it.

5. Blend the coloring by using your fingers to rub it from the top to the sides. You should not see a line of demarcation on the nose. Apply the powder to your entire face as you normally would, avoiding your hairline and mouth. Apply more powder to the sides of your nose than on top where the eye shadow was just applied.
