How to Get Rid of Saddlebags
Many women suffer from the unwanted extra fat that pads the side of the rear end. Unfortunately, no one has created a magic pill to instantly remove unwanted saddlebags. Since there isn’t a magic pill, you’re going to have to get rid of saddlebags the old fashioned way. Here's the best way to do just that.

Stay away from gimmicks. There are a lot of programs that offer quick ways to get rid of saddlebags. Unfortunately, short of surgery, there isn’t a quick fix to saddlebags. It takes consistent work and diligent effort.

Watch what you eat. Saddlebags are a result of excess fat. If your diet consists of fat greasy burgers, cakes and milkshakes, it’s time to make a few dietary changes. It’s time to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Also cut back on excess sugars and processed carbohydrates.

Institute an aerobic exercise program. It takes at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise before the body will begin to burn fat. If you want to get rid of those saddlebags, you’ve got to work at burning fat. Start slow. If you cannot do 20 or 30 minutes of aerobic exercise at one time, do what you can and slowly increase your time.

Begin a strength-training program to firm up the muscles in the saddlebag area. Aerobics helps to burn fat, and strength training works to strengthen the muscle. Since muscle takes up less room than fat, more muscle will make your saddlebag area appear smaller. Do exercises such as squats, hip extensions, lunges, and side leg lifts.

Drink plenty of water. With any kind of weight/fat reduction and exercising program, always remember to drink adequate amounts of water. Proper hydration is essential for weight loss success. Water helps flush the toxins and allows the body to do what it needs to do in order to maintain your exercise program.
