Things You'll Need:
- 1- 10 or 12 inch terra cotta clay pot
- 1- 10 or 12 inch terra cotta saucer (same size as pot)
- 3- Bricks (to place pot on)
- 1- Hot plate or electric burner (can be found in the camping isle)
- Wood chips (soaked for 30 minutes)
- 1- disposable pie tin
- 1- 10 or 12 inch round grill grate
- Extension cord (optional)

Step 1
Place terra cotta pot on wooden blocks.

Step 2
Put hot plate or electric burner in pot and run cord through hole in the bottom.

Step 3
Fill disposable pie tin with soaked wood chips.

Step 4
Place grate on top of pie tin.

Step 5
Put your meat on the grate and cover with clay saucer, which will now become your lid.

Step 6
Plug in your hot plate or electric burner and smoke meat according to recipe's specifications.
