The Ab Pavelizer is a type of exercise equipment specifically targeted for your abs. Not only can it build rock hard abs, but the machine does not take up a lot of space in your home and you can discretely use the machine at any time you choose to do so. Furthermore, the Ab Pavelizer aids your proper form of doing an abdominal crunch movement, so that your ab muscles can form properly.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Practice the Janda situp. The Janda situp is considered one of the hardest situps to execute, when done properly. Furthermore, the Janda situp is executed with best results with a training partner, to help spot you while first starting off with the Ab Pavelizer.

  2. Step 2

Use bungee cords to help assist your movement to the final position. For example, first put your feet flat on the floor and help yourself up by pulling yourself up with bungee cords (that are tied to the machine). This will help you recognize the form of the Janda sit up and pretty soon you will able to do the sit up without the help of the bungee cords. Remember to never have your toes touch when you have them nestled into the Ab Pavelizer.

  3. Step 3

Slowly execute the situps, taking 3 or 4 seconds to lower yourself back to the start position. This will help you learn how to control your ab muscles and help you get the defined abs you need from the Ab Pavelizer.

  4. Step 4

Follow a good diet and accompanying workout. The Ab Pavelizer will help you get strong abs, but it will not help you get a six-pack alone, especially if you are overweight to begin with. Remember that total weight loss will help you achieve the look you want and the Ab Pavelizer will help you to do so in the abodominal area.
