    Instructions

      • 1

Stand on the skateboard, back foot on the rear of the board, front foot in the center. The ball of your back foot should be centered while your front foot should extend across the board flat.

      • 2

Push on the board with your rear foot. Notice how it pushes you back and puts all the pressure on the rear.

      • 3

Press down quickly on the rear of the board with your back foot. Immediately lift your back foot. Lift your front knee up and slide your front foot further forward on the board.

      • 4

Bring your back foot to the board and secure it flat while still in the air. Press your feet into the board to land the jump.

      • 5

Keep your knees bent, arms out and body balanced as you land so you don't roll over an ankle or fall off. Good luck! Go out there and try some tricks!

    Tips & Warnings

    • Practice several times in a motionless position before attempting to do the trick while in motion.
