3. Banks have homes for sale at a discount at home. Just go to about any bank and ask for a listing of their bank owned homes. You will defiantly save allot of money buying a home this way
4. You can save money by buying a home directly from the owner instead of going through a agent paying them their commsions. Keep in mind an agent does have access to hundreds of homes and they are knowlegable of the area you want to live in as well. But you can save money by looking for house for sale by owner.
5. A home advertised in the newspaper with words like brand new carpet, nice pool, emaacutlate etc. is trying to raise the price of thier home. But you see words like moving must sell, discounted price, make me an offer, Words like these describe a motivates seller that you can work with and even lower the price.
