Tired of worn-looking, pilled sweaters? Try these tricks to keep your wool clothing looking great!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Padded Hangers
  • Damp Sponge
  • Fabric Brush
Step1
Try to hang wool garments that aren't particularly heavy on shaped or padded hangers. Using these, any wrinkles will flatten out within a day and the normal shape will return.
Step2
Use a brush to remove soil from the surfaces of suits. Use a damp sponge for knits and more delicate fabrics.
Step3
If you are caught in the rain or snow, all the wool to dry completely, but only at room temperature.
Step4
Dry-clean wool before storing it for the summer season.

Tips & Warnings

  • Putting wool into your dryer will result in a "burning" smell.
