Take 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil or olive oil daily until the problem is resolved.

If you still have constipation after few days, painful bowel movement or blood in your stool then consult with doctor. He or she can prescribe stool softener medicine for you and to make sure nothing else is wrong.
