Can't lose your weight? You may do something not right although you may do a lot of exercises. Don't worry, in this article, it will teach you what to eat before start to lose weight, by controling food intake. It sets a menu for you! So, explore my article to see how and what. Note: this is one of my three diet samples, you may check back for my another two diet samples.

Things You’ll Need:

  • I will describe things you'll need in each step.
Step1
A glass of lemon water Before breakfast: drink a glass of lemon water.
Step2
White color is albumen Breakfast: albumen, a glass of Herbtea, and green cantaloupe.
Step3
Herbtea Meal between breakfast and lunch: one banana, a glass of Herbtea.
Step4
cucumber Lunch: a glass of vegetable juice, Cucumber and carrot salad, and apple. After lunch, drink a glass of Herbtea.
Step5
String bean Meal between Lunch and Dinner: a plate of string bean, and a glass of Herbtea.
Step6
Strawberry and blueberry Dinner: vegetable soup, salad that made with tomato, mushroom and vegetable, strawberry and blueberry, and a glass of Herbtea.
Step7
A glass of Herbtea Last meal of the day: fresh cucumber, and a glass of Herbtea.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep follow the meals that described above at least 7 days if you want to quit.
  • If you can keep follow the meals, do not exceed 30 days.
