Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Head lamp with Led
  • I prefer one with a red led for night vision.
  • Golf clubs
  • Darkness
  • A space to swing.
  • golf whiffle balls for pracice.
  1. Step 1

With your head lamp on, you will be looking at your golf ball on the ground or tee and the light will shine mainly on the ball. Take a few practice swings to get the idea.

  2. Step 2

Now, with the light mainly shining on your ball you are ready to swing. Now try to keep the light on your ball when you take your swing. If you move your head in either direction, you will see that you are moving your head at impact. The more you can keep the light on your ball the less chance for a miss hit. Now do this about 10-15 times until you master it and your muscle memory will improve as well.

  3. Step 3

Now practice what you learned in the daytime.
