Instructions

    • 1

Rinse chicken in a cold running water. Pat it in a paper towel. Then soak it with a soy sauce or salt for few minutes. Or marinate it with your own sauce' s choice.

    • 2

Now grab your chopped spices or vegetables and stuff it inside the whole chicken. Rub some powders or spices like garlic, sage, peppers,or any powders you like to flavor it good.

    • 3

If you want more flavored roasted chicken then you might want to rub the skin inside and out with different powders like sage, garlic or whatever you want in it.

    • 4

After stuffing the chicken, you can now set aside inside the refrigerator to marinate it safely.

    • 5

Set your oven temperature in a few minutes and then push the marinated whole chicken.

    • 6

Use your meat thermometer to know if the chicken is properly cooked.

    • 7

You can estimate how long the chicken cooked but it varies with your temperature so check it from time to time. Your eyes are good enough to see if it's cook or not.
