Chocolate-Chip Bannana Pancakes

Want to make something tasty and different for breakfast? Tried of just boring plain pancakes? Try these there great :)

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine - Melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large bannana- chopped
  • 1/2 cup Minature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • and maple syrup if desired
  1. Step 1

    Heat girdle to 375 degrees or heat skillet over medium-high heat, grease with shortening if nessacary (or with spray before cooking)

  2. Step 2

    Beat eggs in a large bowl with wire whisk until lightly beaten. Beat in remaining ingredient EXCEPT, banana, chocolate-chips and maple syrup until smooth. Then stir in Banana and chocolate-chips.

  3. Step 3

    For each pancake, poor batter by slightly less than 1/2 cupfuls onto hot girdle. Cook for about 1 or 1/2 min until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.

  4. Step 4

    And enjoy !

Tips & Warnings
  • prep time takes about 10 min
  • Start to finish time 10-15 min
  • Makes 12 (4-inch) pancakes
  • Be care when added spray or butter on pan. It could splatter and burn you.

on 6/5/2008 flower is flour, poor is pour, minature is miniature, tried is tired, bannana is banana, nessacary is necessary, girdle is griddle ... But the recipe does sound YUMMY!

on 6/4/2008 It looks like you fixed some of the instances of "chocolate" being misspelled, but it's used twice in step 2 of the recipe and is still spelled without the 2nd o. Don't feel bad, I have to re-read things I write several times, and then I usually give it to someone else to read too, a fresh eye can catch those things that your brain just fills in correctly while you're reading. The 2nd person invariably finds something I missed.

on 6/3/2008 JUST A SUGGESTION: People would find this recipe quicker and easier if you spelled CHOCOLATE correctly.
