How to Make a Low Fat Fruit Trifle

If you're on a diet, like I usually am you're looking for something light and lowfat but with a sweet taste. This may be able to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 can drained fruit cocktail
  • 6 oz. fat free key lime yogurt
  • 4 TBSP Cool Whip
  • 2 crushed graham crackers
Step1
USE small glasses or parfait glasses.
Step2
LAYER fruit, yogurt, whipped topping
Step3
REPEAT layers of fruit, yogurt, whipped topping
Step4
SPRINKLE with graham crackers when ready to serve.

  • Makes 2 servings.
  • Easy - enjoy!!!
