Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb. ground turkey (low fat or regular)
- 2 turkey sausages (choose your favorite flavor)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- Shredded low-fat cheese
- Low-fat sour cream
- Cilantro or scallions
- Large non-stick pot

Step 1
Brown turkey and turkey sausage (no casing) in the pot.

Step 2
Add onion, pepper and celery and sauté until soft.

Step 3
Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Season to your liking.

Step 4
Serve with shredded low-fat cheese, low-fat sour cream and garnish with cilantro or scallion.
