How to Make Delicious Barbecue Chicken Wings

Delicious wings are in the taste buds of the consumer. What one person loves, another person may find boring or even bad.   • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup jelly
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic

      Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and lightly grease a 13-by-9 inch baking pan. Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly, then add salt and pepper to taste.

      Cut each piece of chicken into two pieces. Place the chicken in the pan. The pieces can touch but should not overlap each other.

      Bake the wings for 10 minutes. Turn them over, then bake them for another 20 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients together.

      Smother the wings with the sauce mixture. Bake them for another 15 minutes. Turn them over, and bake for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is tender.

Tips & Warnings

  • For the microwave, place the prepared wings in a microwave-safe baking dish. Cover it with waxed paper and microwave it on high for 5 minutes. Smother both sides of the chicken with sauce, then microwave the dish for another 5 minutes.
