Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb. ricotta
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 lb. fresh mozzarella (shredded, not in water)
- 1 cup FRESHLY grated parmesan cheese
- 2 lbs. fresh pasta sheets (you can purchase no-boil lasagna noodles in packages)
- 2 cups Bolognese sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Rectangular lasagna pan

Step 1
Mix ricotta with egg yolks and season with salt and pepper.

Spread a layer of the mixture on the bottom of the lasagna pan.

Layer the mixture with lasagna noodles, then layer again with ricotta mixture, top with Bolognese and sprinkle parmesan, mozzarella and salt and pepper on that layer.

Repeat until ingredients are almost done. The top layer will be the cheese layer.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
