We're all pressed for time, and really, who has the time and resources to fix a tasty meal every night of the week? Here is a simple recipe that you can make into a second fabulous meal without anyone knowing the difference!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 100 percent fat-free ground beef
  • Turkey Breast with 7 percent fat
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dijon
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chopped Italian parsley
  • Dill and Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Whole Grain Buns
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Pasta
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Step 1

Combine the ground beef and turkey breast. Add worcestershire, dijon, salt and pepper, parsley, dill and crumbled feta cheese.

  2. Step 2

Form patties and grill. Serve on the whole grain buns.

  3. Step 3

For your next meal, combine your favorite tomato sauce with the leftover burgers crumbled. I often add some olive, roasted red pepper salsa to give it an extra spicy zip.

  4. Step 4

Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese and fresh Italian parsley for bright color and flavor.

Tips & Warnings
  • I don't give specific recipes and measurements because I never use them. I'm teaching you to fish instead of giving you one. You can learn to cook by instinct and never need a cookbook ever again. In culinary school, 16 students would have the same recipe and 16 totaly different dishes would arise. Create your own fingerprint in the kitchen.
