How to Make Scarf Tie Knots
A scarf can be tied many different ways, the tie knot being one of them. The tie knot basically ties a scarf into a version of a man's tie. This is also referred to as a Windsor knot and here's how to tie one.
Instructions

1
Spread the scarf diagonally, like a diamond, on a flat surface.
-
2
Fold the bottom point up to the middle of the scarf.
-
-
3
Fold the opposite top point down to the opposite edge of the scarf that was created in Step 2.
-
4
Fold the bottom edge over, so that it is in line with the left and right points of the scarf.
-
5
Fold the top edge down to the newly formed bottom edge.
-
6
Fold the entire scarf over again, so that it is one thin strip of cloth, like a tie.
-
7
Wrap the scarf around the back of your neck, so that one end hangs slightly lower than the other.
-
8
Hold the short end in place and wrap the long end over and around it.
-
9
Wrap the long end over and around the short end again, this time placing two fingers between the short end and the knot.
-
10
Wrap the long end behind the knot and push it through the loop around your neck.
-
11
Push the long end through the front of the knot where your fingers are and pull it down to tighten.
