  1. Step 1

    Open a Web browser to Paypal (see link in Resource section.) Register a bank account to activate a personal or business PayPal account. (Follow the instructions and proceed accordingly.) For an existing PayPal account, sign in using your email and password. Click, "Enter".

  2. Step 2

    Search tool bar for second tab. Click, "Send money".

  3. Step 3

    Enter the recipients phone number or email address.

  4. Step 4

    Enter the amount you wish to send. Select the currency and identify the type of service. Choose from the following choices: Service/Other; Goods; Cash Advance; eBay Item. Click inside the circle next to the appropriate service type.

    Click, "Send money."

  6. Step 6

    Verify details of the transaction and complete request.

  12. Step 5

    Confirm request and verify estimated date of transfer and applicable fees.
