Step 1
Open a Web browser to Paypal (see link in Resource section.) Register a bank account to activate a personal or business PayPal account. (Follow the instructions and proceed accordingly.) For an existing PayPal account, sign in using your email and password. Click, "Enter".

Search tool bar for second tab. Click, "Send money".

Enter the recipients phone number or email address.

Enter the amount you wish to send. Select the currency and identify the type of service. Choose from the following choices: Service/Other; Goods; Cash Advance; eBay Item. Click inside the circle next to the appropriate service type.

Click, "Send money."

Verify details of the transaction and complete request.

Open a Web browser to the official Web page of your financial institution. Sign in to your account. Click, "Transfers".

Click, "Add payee".

Step 3
Enter the recipients banking information and select the account type.

Step 4
Enter a transaction description and schedule the payment date. Enter payment amount. Click, "Save".

Step 5
Confirm request and verify estimated date of transfer and applicable fees.
