Things You'll Need:
- Budget
- Head Count
- Invites (optional)
- gifts

Step 1
First of all, you need to decide if this is going to be a formal event or an informal event. They don't all need to be fancy, you could have your rehearsal dinner anywhere from a fancy hotel to HomeTown Buffet(ours was here).
-
Step 2
Who is paying for the dinner? Is it you your soon to be husband/wife? Is it the bride's parents or the groom's parents? Anyway, whoever is funding the rehearsal dinner has a budget. Get with them and talk it over
-
Step 3
The rehearsal dinner doesn't need to be fancy. You can have it at Hometown Buffet if you like. My husband and I did. It was only 12 dollars a person and there were around 30 people that attended.
-
Step 4
Call the venue and make sure they have space for you and your group, if your having a groom's cake, make sure they allow outside food to come in. Most of them don't care as it's a fairly big group anyways!
-
Step 5
Brings gifts for your attendants (if your the bride and groom). This is the best time to acknowledge them and thank them for being in your wedding party.
-
Step 6
Most of all, thank the person(s) who paid for the event.
