Mmmmm! So simple and Sooo Good! This is a favorite recipe I make for my hubby when he's been good! It takes about 20 minutes from start to delicious finish and everyone will think it took you a lot longer!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 Package Crab De-Lites or other imitation crab, flake style
  • Oven heated to 350 degrees
  • 1 Bag restaurant style tortilla chips
  • 1 Bag finely shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • Tin foil
  • Sour Cream and Salsa for dipping
  • Cookie Sheet

Step1
Heat oven to 350. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and wrap it around the edges.
Step2
Spread nacho chips out in a single layer, covering the entire cookie sheet. Only make ONE Layer!
Step3
Break apart the chunks of imitation crab meat and spread generously onto each individual nacho chip. This take the longest amount of time to do but it ensures that each bite will taste great!
Step4
Pour as much shredded cheese as you like over the cookie sheet, covering each chip generously. You will probably use the entire bag for a typical cookie sheet. Place the sheet carefully into the heated oven on center rack for 7 - 8 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Serve hot with sour cream and or salsa for dipping. Enjoy!
