How to Heal Cracked Feet

Wash your feet with warm soapy water to remove any traces of dirt or sweat. Thoroughly dry your feet, being sure to dry between the toes.

Remove callous by gently working the Dr. Scoll's Exfoliating Stone File over the entire foot. This should be done on dry feet. The contour of the file makes it easy to reach any area of the foot. Although you may not remove all of the calloused skin in your first attempt, work until you begin to see improvement. Don't worry if your feet are not perfectly smooth at this point. it took a while for them to get inot the condition they are in. It may take a while to repair them.

Wipe feet with a clean dry cloth to remove any traces of loose callous.

Apply liberal amounts of Udderly Smooth Udder Cream to you feet and work in into the skin. You should feel immediate relief and the cream should absorb easily.

Dress feet with a clean pair of socks, as usual.
