Things You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder (or 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup)
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, milk or plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (only if you use unsweetened cocoa)

      Crush ice in a blender if you don't have chopped ice.

      Add remaining ingredients, breaking banana in smaller chunks.

      Blend on low-medium speed for about 30 seconds to fully chop and mix ingredients.

      Increase speed to high for another 30 to 45 seconds to liquefy.
