An Apple Cider Vinegar bath helps restore the skin’s acid-alkaline balance. It also rinses off soap residues, kills harmful skin bacteria and keeps skin smooth and soft. You can add herbs for their fragrance and stress alleviating properties.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh Mint
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 glass jar

Step1
Mix the vinegar, water and herbs and heat to a low boil in a saucepan,. Let the mixture steep for one day.
Step2
Remove the soaked herbs by pouring liquid through a strainer into a glass jar or bottle.
Step3
Pour the entire mixture into a warm bath. Soak for about 30 to 45 minutes. Relax and Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

  • A perfect bath temperature is between 90 to 100 degrees.
  • Never bathe in water with temperatures over 100 degrees. Too hot water dries skin and dilates tiny blood capillaries that can burst causing red marks.
