Things You'll Need:
- 2 Ripe Mangoes
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. Jalapeño Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mixing Bowl
- Cutting Knife
- Peeler
-
Step 1
Take the pair of mangoes and peel them. After peeling them, take out the seeds and chop the mangoes up into small chunks. Place these in the mixing bowl.
-
Step 2
Add the lime juice to the mangoes in the bowl and mix until the lime juice covers the mangoes. This helps the lime juice mix in nicely with the mangoes and also helps the mangoes not go bad quite as quickly.
-
Step 3
Add the cilantro to the mango and lime juice mixture. If using fresh cilantro, chop the cilantro finely before adding it to the mangoes and lime juice.
-
Step 4
Add the Jalapeño Peppers to the mixture. If using fresh Jalapeño Peppers, dice them finely as well before adding them to the mixture.
-
Step 5
Dice the red bell pepper and the red onion before adding them to the mixture.
-
Step 6
Mince the garlic clove before adding the garlic to the mixture.
-
Step 7
Pour in the pineapple juice over the mixture. Add salt and pepper for taste.
-
Step 8
Once everything is inside the bowl, mix well. It will be slightly chunky--but taste even better.
