How to Find Yoshi in Ricco Harbor

Finding Yoshi is key to beating Ricco Harbor in Super Mario Sunshine for the Game Cube. It can be frustrating, however, so here is a guide for how to find him. After that things should get easier, just remember to be patient!

Finding Yoshi in Ricco Harbor

1. Go to the market place in Ricco harbor to get some fruit. It is in the upper part of the harbor. Head up there, and use rocket jump to get the fruit machine to give you fruit.

2. Look for a fruit called a durian. Keep hitting the fruit switch until you get one. Kick the durian over to the Yoshi egg. It should be near the fish market. If it is not, then you need to finish Pinna Park Episode 4. That should cause the Yoshi egg to appear. Once you get the fruit, you will get Yoshi.

3. Use Yoshi to spray water on the fish, causing them to turn into platforms. You can then in turn use these platforms to complete the level and get the Shine.
