Pick a day to hold a garage sale. Invite friends to participate. They could bring items from their home to your sale and have their own table, or if they live on the same street they could set up a sale at their home too.

Price all items the night before the sale so you have a calm morning start to the sale. Sometimes buyers arrive very early. Expect to have a rush of activity at the start of the sale.
