Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp chicken soup base
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 2 Tbps olive oil
  • 2 cans of French cut green beans
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans of fried onions
  1. Step 1

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chicken breast, minced garlic, onion, soup base, sage and black pepper to the pan. Cook until juices run clear and chicken begins to brown just slightly.

  2. Step 2

In a 13 x 9 baking dish, combine the cooked chicken with green beans and mushroom soup. Stir together thoroughly, then smooth out to cover the bottom of the baking dish.

  3. Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

  4. Step 4

Remove from oven and top with fried onions. Bake another 5 minutes to crisp the onions.

  5. Step 5

Allow the casserole to cool 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
