How to Draw Flash Cartoons
-
1
Start by deciding what to draw. You can create a character or use something you've seen before. Create a scene to place your character in as well.
-
2
Use computer software that allows you to draw and paint each frame. You can sketch your frames using a pad and paper. Create a flipbook to see your character in motion. This will help you add any details that may be lacking.

3
Create one frame at a time. Each frame should show your character in a different spot in the scene. The more frames you include, the faster the character and scene will move. Most flash cartoons include 12 frames.

4
Try not to clutter the frames with too much detail.

Save and upload your images to a power point program or to your website. View your flash cartoon and not any flaws or slow points that can be fixed during the editing stage.
