Step 1
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard -
Step 2
Peel the eggs. Cut eggs in half length-wise. Remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork or masher. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

Step 3
Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika if desired. Refrigerate.
