Deviled eggs are easy to make and always a favorite at picnics and barbecues.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    1 dozen hard boiled eggs
    3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 teaspoons white vinegar
    1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard

  2. Step 2

    Peel the eggs. Cut eggs in half length-wise. Remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork or masher. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Step 3

    Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika if desired. Refrigerate.

Tips & Warnings
  • Quickly fill the egg whites by placing the yolk mixture in a zipper plastic bag. Snip off one corner and squeeze the filling onto the egg white. When you are finished, toss the bag for easy clean up.
