How to Do a Diamond Push Up
People often become tired of their regular workout routine. The diamond push-up is a variation of the standard push-up. Diamond push-ups are more difficult than the standard push-up as they force your weight on towards a smaller surface area. If you are willing to try a new exercise the diamond push-up is a great way to add variation to your routine or to just add an extra degree of difficulty.
