For the visually-challenged, eyeglasses are the window to the world. Sadly, they aren't invulnerable, and daily wear can take its toll. Cleaning your eyeglasses on a regular basis, however, will keep your view of the world free of unwanted dirt, grime and smudges.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Rinse your glasses with lukewarm water in order to remove any particles, dirt or dust.

  2. Step 2

Dampen a clean cloth with eyeglass spray or cleaner.

  3. Step 3

Between your thumb and forefinger, gently wipe both sides of the lenses and around the frame.

  4. Step 4

Rinse your glasses once more with room-temperature water, to remove any trace of cleaner.

  5. Step 5

Dry your glasses with a soft, clean cotton cloth.

Tips & Warnings
  • Store your glasses in a case, or face-up, to prevent scratching or dirtying the lenses.
