prevent a candle from getting stuck in the holder after it's melted.

You've just gotten a brand new, sweet-smelling candle that you're dying to try out. You go to put it into the holder, only to find that the old candle is melted and STUCK inside the holder. How do you prevent this from happening again??

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Candle
  • Holder
  • Tap Water
  1. Step 1

Take your clean, empty candle holder.

  2. Step 2

Put a few drops of tap water into the bottom of the holder.

  3. Step 3

Place the candle into the candle holder.

  4. Step 4

The water, which won't mix with the wax, creates a barrier between the candle and the holder. When the candle is melted away, just pop the old wax out and toss it. Repeat all of the steps for the next candle!
