How to Resolve iPod Playlist Problems

If you're having problems syncing your iPod to your playlist or selecting songs from existing playlists, you're not alone. There is nothing more frustrating than taking the time to create a playlist only to not be able to use it when listening to your iPod. But there are some tricks you can try before contacting customer service that may help.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    To help your iPod sync to your playlist, visit your iTunes account online. Click the icon that says "Device." This icon is located on the left-hand side.

  2. Step 2

    Next, click the music tab. You should see a button the says "Sync Music."

  3. Step 3

    Click on the "All songs" button. This should help you download your playlist to your iPod.

  4. Step 4

    Download your playlist to your iPod and test it out.

  5. Step 5

    If this problem persists, make sure the iPod battery is charged. Contact customer service to see if you have to install updates or if you will need to purchase a new battery.
