INGREDIENTS:
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -

Cook and drain macaroni. Meanwhile, in a saucepan melt the margarine. Stir in flour, mustard and salt. Add milk. Stir constantly until thick. Add 1 1/2 cup cheese and stir until melted.

Pour macaroni into cheese sauce. Stir until well coated. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs, if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
