After a long history as the perfect accompaniment to brunch, the Mimosa is still a popular pre-noon beverage. Serves 1.
Put ice in a chilled wine glass.
Pour orange juice into the glass and top off with champagne.
Stir once, gently.
Serve immediately.
on 11/22/2005 Make a Mimosa the way it was intended - a la the Ritz-Paris.Fill flute only 1/3 the way with premium OJ. Fill the rest with GOOD CHAMPAGNE (not the $9 dollar stuff). Top off with a dash of Grand Marnier. PERFECT!:-) Enjoy!
