How to Make a Mimosa

After a long history as the perfect accompaniment to brunch, the Mimosa is still a popular pre-noon beverage. Serves 1.

    Things You'll Need

    • ice
    • Champagne
    • 1 oz. orange juice
    • Champagne flutes
    • stirrers
    • chilled wine glasses
    • Ice
    • Champagne Flutes
    • Chilled Wine Glasses
    • Stirrers
      • 1

        Put ice in a chilled wine glass.

      • 2

        Pour orange juice into the glass and top off with champagne.

      • 3

        Stir once, gently.

      • 4

        Serve immediately.

      Make a Mimosa the way it was intended - a la the Ritz-Paris. Fill flute only 1/3 the way with premium OJ. Fill the rest with GOOD CHAMPAGNE (not the $9 dollar stuff). Top off with a dash of Grand Marnier. PERFECT! :-) Enjoy!
