How to Make a Mimosa

After a long history as the perfect accompaniment to brunch, the Mimosa is still a popular pre-noon beverage. Serves 1.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Champagne
• Ice
• Champagne Flutes
• Chilled Wine Glasses
• Stirrers
• 1 oz. orange juice

1. Put ice in a chilled wine glass.
2. Pour orange juice into the glass and top off with champagne.
3. Stir once, gently.
4. Serve immediately.

• Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation.
