After a long history as the perfect accompaniment to brunch, the Mimosa is still a popular pre-noon beverage. Serves 1.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • ice
  • Champagne
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • Champagne flutes
  • stirrers
  • chilled wine glasses
  • Champagne
  • Ice
  • Ice
  • Champagne Flutes
  • Chilled Wine Glasses
  • Stirrers
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  1. Step 1

    Put ice in a chilled wine glass.

  2. Step 2

    Pour orange juice into the glass and top off with champagne.

  3. Step 3

    Stir once, gently.

  4. Step 4

    Serve immediately.

Tips & Warnings
  • Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation.
  • Never drink and drive.

on 11/22/2005 Make a Mimosa the way it was intended - a la the Ritz-Paris.
Fill flute only 1/3 the way with premium OJ. Fill the rest with GOOD CHAMPAGNE (not the $9 dollar stuff). Top off with a dash of Grand Marnier. PERFECT!
