Step 1
First lay a hula hoop on the ground and shake your hips ALOT!!! Move your hips up, down, left and right! When you feel like you are kinda tired pick up your hula hoop.

Step 2
With both hands hold each side of the hula hoop and have your back rest against it.

Step 3
Bring the hula hoop left or right depending on which one feels better and swing it. Hold your hands up so they don't get in the way with your moving hula hoops and move your hips until the hula hoop falls. Now keep practicing and you will be great at hula hooping.
