Way before modern medicine, people used herbs to eradicate and ease discomfort associated with diseases - and they lived longer.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR HYPERTENSION:

This is a very serious condition that should be monitored by a professional, but the following herbs have been long used by our ancestors and have helped to reduce elevated blood pressure by enlarging blood vessels:

Dandelion; Ginseng; Mistletoe
Step2
IMPOTENCE:

Some men lack the penile blood flow necessary for an erection to occur. One herb that relieves impotence and improves blood flow to the penis is Ginkgo.
Step3
DIABETES:

Garlic is a herb used in various home remedies. Garlic reduces glucose levels and should not affect treatment already being administered by your doctor.
Step4
ARTHRITIS:

Turmeric assists in relieving the stiffness and joint swelling associated with arthritis. The good thing about turmeric is, this herb does not come with many of the side effects which comes from taking anti-inflammatory drugs.
