1
Create fish shaped invitations out of card stock and construction paper. Decorate them with markers and colored pencils. Mail these to all invitees.
-
2
Make chocolate fish shaped candies (individual pieces or lollipops) with a candy/soap mold. The lollipops make great party favors.
-
-
3
Purchase a fish cake mold or fish shaped cake pan. Bake a cake and decorate. Mix food dye in small cups of frosting to make different colors and create scales and fins. Add candy eyes or other goodies for a 3D effect.
-
4
Decorate tables with blue tablecloths and green place settings. Place clear bowls in the center of each table and fill with water. Place a live goldfish or two in each.
-
5
Hang green streamers from the walls and ceilings. Attach string to paper fish cutouts and hang these from the streamers.
-
6
Set up a kiddie pool and fill with water. Place various items inside as prizes or real fish. Alternatively you can fill the pool with packing peanuts if putting it indoors. Have a couple easy kiddie fishing poles for your guests to use to "catch" their goodies. Have fun!
