So you think you can't cook. This recipe is so simple, that any one can make it. Try it! As you start melting the chorizo over the heat the aroma will draw you in. It's a delicious breakfast burrito that is fast to cook, hot and easy for someone on the run. Flour tortillas, eggs and chorizo make a great hot breakfast. Flour tortillas come in different sizes, so the bigger the tortilla, the bigger the burrito. Make this for yourself or for your friends.Enjoy a tall glass of orange juice with this breakfast burrito.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Flour tortillas
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 to 6ozs. of Chorizo (Beef or Pork)
  • Cooking oil-1Tsp.

    A Breakfast Burrito

  1. Step 1

    Heat your grill for the tortillas.Make sure the grill is hot before warming the tortillas.While the grill is heating, heat the skillet.Take a paper towel and dab it with cooking oil.Rub your skillet with the oil. So the chorizo won't stick to the skillet.After the oil is hot, put the chorizo in the skillet.

  2. Step 2

    Saute the chorizo until it is almost cooked.Crack eggs and mix in a bowl. Season to your taste.Pour eggs over chorizo and mix.Lower flame and let it cook.

  3. Step 3

    Heat tortillas. (The hotter the tortilla the easier it is to roll).Pour the egg and chorizo mixture into the hot tortilla and roll.The Meaty chorizo is tasty and spicy.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can lessen the eggs for more chorizo flavor, or lessen the chorizo for more egg flavor.
  • Do not season eggs to much because the chorizo is already spicy.
  • You don't need a lot of cooking oil because the chorizo is already greasy.
  • Just a dab around the skillet, so the chorizo won't stick.
  • Watch out, this can be fattening, but it depends how much you eat.
