In less than 90 minutes, you can create a beautiful quiche that is perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner! This is a an easy entrée that is sure to impress and delight!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 premade pie crust
  • 5 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup red onion, cubed
  • 3/4 cup cubed, precooked ham (or turkey meat)
  • 3/4 cup chopped, fresh broccoli
  • 1 (8 oz.) package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    How to Make an Easy Quiche

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange pie crust into a round, glass 9" pie dish.

  3. Step 3

    Mix eggs and heavy whipping cream in large bowl. Add in salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add remaining ingredients (red onion, ham, broccoli, cheese, salt) to egg mixture. Be sure to coat all ingredients with egg mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.

  5. Step 5

    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. The quiche is done when a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Tips & Warnings
  • Serve with fresh fruit salad.
