How to Promote Chakra Healing With Kundalini Yoga
According to Eastern medicine, chakras are the 7 main energy centers of the body. When the chakras fall out of alignment and energy becomes imbalanced or blocked, it's possible to open them and restore energy flow with Kundalini yoga.

Sit comfortably in a cross-legged position, making sure your back is straight.

Close your eyes. Breathe slowly and deeply for a few moments, becoming relaxed with each breath.

As you breathe, place your attention to an individual chakra, its location on your body and then visualize it as a color. Start at the base of your spine and proceed upwards through all the chakras, sending cleansing breaths.

Use the following list of chakras and their corresponding colors. Red is the root chakra, orange is the sacral chakra, yellow is the solar plexus chakra, green is the heart chakra, blue is the throat chakra, indigo is the third-eye and violet is the crown chakra.

When you have completed the chakra healing exercise, take a few deep breaths then open your eyes. You should feel refreshed.
